Our mission is to enhance the care and support for the growing number of Oklahomans affected by all types of dementia.

Join the Oklahoma Dementia Care Network for a 6-hour hybrid Dementia Training designed specifically for Community Health Workers (CHWs) and Community Health Representatives (CHRs). Participants will complete a 1-hour self-paced online module by March 20, followed by a live Zoom session on March 25 from 9:00am–2:00pm CST covering dementia basics, the CHW C3 10 Roles in addressing dementia, and relevant resources. A Certificate of Completion will be provided, and participants will complete brief pre-, post-, and feedback surveys as part of the training.
This training will be offered in a hybrid format:

GUIDE provides training and resources to caregivers to help them manage the challenges of caregiving to ensure that people with dementia receive comprehensive care.

The OkDCN ECHO projects are a collaborative model of virtual education programming for professional and family caregivers, especially in rural and tribal communities, to provide speciality geriatric care to more people, right where they live.
