Patient Portals
As an OU Health patient, you have access to your clinic visit information
as well as your hospital information (including tests, procedures, labs
and radiology) and the ability to pay your bill and more via our patient
portals. The information that you wish to access will determine which
portal you will use. Please look at the descriptions below to help you
select the portal best suited to meet your needs.

Register for hospital patient portal access
- Hospital Patient Portal Support at (844) 875-5476 Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- To register: Enter your patient information (provided at registration)
including your email address and Medical Record Number (MRN) or Unit Number*.
(See the back of the brochure, Self Enrollment Form provided to you by
hospital Registration or your Discharge Instructions.)
- To complete the enrollment process, log into your email account and open
the 'Patient Portal Log In' email sent from noreply@mtpatientportal.com
(If you can't find the email in your inbox, check your spam/trash/junk folders.)
- Click the Patient Portal link in the email, input your temporary credentials
and complete the Self Enrollment Questionnaire.
- Log out and log back in to Patient Portal, this time using your newly created
username and password.
