  • Richard Lofgren, MD
    Richard P. Lofgren, M.D., MPH, FACP

    President & CEO

    Dr. Lofgren joined OU Health as Chief Executive Officer in March 2022. He has more than 40 years of executive experience in healthcare and includes leadership roles at University HealthSystem Consortium, University of Kentucky, Medical College of Wisconsin, and University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Lofgren most recently was President and CEO of UC Health in Cincinnati, a position he served since 2013. Read more about Dr. Lofgren.

  • Jonathan Curtright
    Jonathan Curtright, MBA

    Chief Operations Officer

    Mr. Curtright came to OU Health having most recently been Chief Executive Officer for MU Health Care in Missouri. He has spent over 25 years in senior healthcare positions, including 12 years in C-level roles, and has experience in academic healthcare at Indiana University Health, UK Healthcare and Mayo Clinic. Mr. Curtright holds a master’s degree in both Business Administration and Healthcare Administration and joined OU Health as COO in July 2022. Read more about Mr. Curtright.

  • Jimmy Duncan
    Jimmy Duncan, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

    Chief Human Resources Officer

    Mr. Duncan joined OU Health in January 2023, coming from UC Health in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he had served as Senior Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer since 2020. He has worked extensively in human resources leadership in healthcare including Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Tenet Healthcare Corporation, Banner Health, and Wellstar Health System. Mr. Duncan received a master’s degree in organizational management at Southern Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina. Read more about Mr. Duncan.

  • Paul Neimeyer
    Paul Neimeyer, J.D., LLM

    Chief Legal Officer

    Mr. Neimeyer joined OU Health in August 2023. Paul brings over 30 years of legal experience in academic healthcare and higher education to the role of Chief Legal Officer. Most recently, he was the Senior University Counsel for Medical Affairs at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which included legal oversight of over 1,700 faculty physicians. Prior to the role at UNC-Chapel Hill, Neimeyer served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Health System in Richmond, Virginia.     Maria Russo

    Chief Information Officer

    Ms. Russo joined OU Health in October 2020. Prior to joining OU Health, Ms. Russo was the Chief Information Officer for Washington University School of Medicine, Tanner Health System, and KentuckyOne Health.     Jennifer Schultz Kouandjio, MBA

    Chief Marketing and Growth Officer

    Ms. Schultz joined OU Health in 2018 as its first executive leading marketing and communications. Ms. Schultz has spent over 17 years in healthcare marketing, business development, and communications roles. Prior to joining OU Health, Ms. Schultz served as the Vice President of Marketing for Avera Health.   • Jim Watson
    Jim Watson, MBA

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Watson spent 13 years as Chief Financial Officer at OU Medical System (predecessor in interest to OU Medicine, Inc.) from 1998 until 2011. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The University of Chicago Medical Center (“UCMC”) from 2011-2016. Mr. Watson received a master’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.

  • Carolyn Kloek, M.D.
    Carolyn Kloek, M.D.

    Chief Medical Officer

    Dr. Kloek joined OU Health in January 2019. She served as program director of the Harvard Ophthalmology Residency Training Program from 2013-2018. She held numerous administrative leadership positions including Clinical Director of Mass. Eye and Ear- Longwood. Dr. Kloek is also a comprehensive ophthalmologist at the Dean McGee/University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Dr. Kloek received her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, followed by her MD from Harvard Medical School. Dr. Kloek reports to COO Jonathan Curtright. Read more about Dr. Kloek.

    Stefanie Beavers, DNP, RN, NEA-BC

    Chief Nursing Executive

    Dr. Beavers joined OU Health in July 2022 as Chief Nursing Officer for Oklahoma Children’s Hospital and transitioned to Chief Nurse Executive for OU Health in March of 2023. Prior to joining OU Health, Dr. Beavers held the role of Associate Chief Nursing Officer within the Texas Health Resources system. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, a master’s degree in nursing administration, and a doctor of nursing practice at the University of Texas at Arlington.   • Cameron Mantor, MD
    Cameron Mantor, MD

    Interim Chief Physician Executive and Interim President of OU Health Partners

    Dr. Mantor joined OU Health in 1995 and has most recently served as the associate Chief Physician Executive for Physician Practice for OU Health Partners and has served in a variety of physician leadership roles during his 28 years at OU Health. He is the Vice Chair of the Department of Surgery in the OU College of Medicine and a professor in the Division of Pediatric Surgery. Dr. Mantor earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. He is also a fellowship-trained pediatric surgeon and completed his general surgery residency training at the OU College of Medicine where he went on to complete subspecialty training in pediatric surgery. Dr. Mantor also holds a master's degree in healthcare administration and policy from the Hudson College of Public Health. Read more about Dr. Mantor.
