Annual Community Health Reports

At OU Health, our mission is leading health care – in patient care, education and research. Through our combined efforts we strive to improve the lives of all people.

OU Health performs a community health needs assessment (CHNA) every three years and acts on the needs identified through its annual implementation plan (CHIP). By understanding what’s happening in our communities and OU Health can more strategically target efforts and programs to create stronger impacts. These needs assessments were created through a community engagement process during the year leading up to the CHNA’s publication.
