Adult Diabetes Support Group

When you interact with others who also live with diabetes, research shows you’re more likely to stick to your diabetes care plan and improve your own ability to manage your condition.

Connect with Others Who Understand

If you or your loved ones live with diabetes, find the encouragement and resources you need to cope with this challenging condition through the free adult diabetes support group at OU Health Harold Hamm Diabetes Center in Oklahoma City.

Get practical professional guidance from Certified Diabetes Educators® and registered dietitians who lead the group. Bring your family and friends, age 18 or older, and participate in helpful discussions on a variety of valuable topics.

Sessions begin at 1:00 p.m. and last about one hour, with light refreshments served but no childcare.

As a Support Group participant, you get priority seating for our Love to Cook classes, which follow each support group session at 2:00 p.m.
