About Carrie Yuen
Carrie Yuen, MD joined the faculty at the Stephenson Cancer Center in 2012. She is an assistant professor in the Section of Hematology/Oncology and works primarily with the Blood and Marrow Transplant Program.
Dr. Yuen also develops the curriculum and directs the Bone Marrow Transplant rotation completed by the hematology/oncology fellows.
Dr. Yuen’s research is focused on hematologic malignancies and stem cell transplants and has been published in many peer-reviewed journals.
Prior to joining the faculty at the Stephenson Cancer Center, Dr. Yuen completed multiple fellowships at MD Anderson Cancer Center, including pediatric hematology and oncology, advanced pediatric hematology and oncology, and adult bone marrow transplant and cellular therapy. Dr. Yuen is board certified in adult and pediatric bone marrow transplants and internal medicine.
