    The lack of communication in all OU providers clinics is lacking. You can never get someone on the phone. If you use the app they will never call you, just expect you to look for answers in OU MyChart. Dr. Abdo is a knowledgeable physician however his support staff does not have direction in policies that make it easy for patients.
