Dr. Ruiz was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He was very reassuring with her prognosis.

Horrible appointment. Never want to see this doctor again. He needs to learn how to communicate with parents when they are worried about their child's health and not tell them how bad other kids have it that they see and not raise their voice at the parent.

From the moment we arrived, through the surgery and recovery process, then the final follow up visit all of the Doctor's and staff were wonderful. Thank you!

Dr Ruiz saved my daughters life FOUR times doing emergency surgery's on her ... he is a true hero!!

My daughter has a very rare condition and dr Ruiz was completely honest which I as a mommy appreciated. I appreciate her care with dr Ruiz more than he will ever understand.

He is very kind, and makes sure you feel very welcome. He doesn't make you feel rushed.

Each doctor took time to get to know each of us and listened to our concerns.

He just was nasty about the pain about how bad it will be for her with the surgery which I know she will have. I just think he could of understand that we need to try something something cuz my daughter has been in pain for over 3 years and we have tried everything at this point and no relief. But with her gallbladder only working 25% we have to try this.

I really enjoyed meeting Dr Ruiz. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and spent a great amount of time with us and answered all my questions. I have a lot of trust that Dr Ruiz will do a fantastic job of meeting my child's needs in the future.

No question was too stupid. Very attentive and spent the time going over our concerns. He put us at ease and we feel confident that as a team we can make the right decision for our daughter.

We were 20min early to our appt, but then took us almost an hour to find parking. They were able to squeeze me about 30min later after being 30min late appointment. I really appreciated that.

There's not enough praise and thanks I can give him, he saved my daughter's leg after it is was attacked by a dog, there were nurses and doctors that couldn't even look at it and she was able to walk again for her 16th bday
