I originally booked the appointment for my daughter sports physical as she started school on Thursday August 5th and needed a sports physical. She also had a rash on the side of her face and her back. The doctor looked at her face only she did not notice the rash that was on her back, she didn't look in her ears she didn't check her pulse or her respirations or anything and she stated that she did not have time or she could not complete the sports physical because that's not what the visit was scheduled for. She attempted to schedule an appointment after telling me that she could get my daughter in next week. Upon checking she was not able to schedule my daughter any appointments anytime soon, so therefore it left me to have to leave and go to the Urgent Care to make an appointment. She also was very short and looked at irritated upon coming into the room and she questioned whether her assistant tried to call me or contacted me earlier prior to the visit. I informed her that no I did not receive a call or voicemail stating that my daughter would not be able to receive her appointment or it would be best for us not to come. She also left the room with the door cracked and our understanding she was coming back. We sat in the room for a total of 10 minutes to the point where I had to go out and ask a different member of the staff were we actually finished with our appointment because we didn't get any paperwork and the doctor did not tell us that we were actually free to leave. Usually when we leave appointments we get a paperwork. The office staff had to call her because she had already left the building and she told the office staff to tell me that she called in the prescriptions to Walgreens and we were free to leave again after waiting 10 minutes in the room. That was very rude and very disrespectful. And very poor communication as well. I'm answering the survey

Excellent doctor and pediatrician. It would only be good if they had bilingual nurses.
