We have updated several operational procedures to ensure the quality and safety of our patients and staff. Please review these carefully.
- If at any time before your appointment you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or become ill, have been exposed to someone testing positive for COVID- 19 within the last 14 days, traveled outside of Oklahoma within the last 14 days, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
- On the day of your appointment - we ask that all patients wait in their car when they arrive.
- Please text us at (405) 816-5182 and provide the following information in your text: Patient Full Name, Date of Birth, and the Color and Type of Car you are in.
- Our concierge will return your text or come get you when we are ready for your appointment.
- We ask that only the patient come into the appointment. All family members / visitors must remain in the vehicle during your appointment.
- Anyone entering our facility must wear a mask. Please bring your mask with you. This can be a face cover like a bandana or similar.
