Aphasia is an impairment that can affect your ability to speak, understand what is said, and your ability to read or write. It can occur from a stroke, head trauma, brain tumors, or infections.

This support group is for persons that have aphasia and supporters. It is a great place for information, motivation, and socialization. We meet twice each month:

  • First Friday of each month, in-person
  • Third Thursday each month, virtual (details)

Directions from NE 10th St.:

  1. Turn north on Stonewall Avenue, then
  2. Turn RIGHT after the College of Allied Health
  3. Park on the first floor of Parking garage
  4. Bring your parking voucher with you to have it validated
  5. Clinic entrance faces the parking garage

For the health and safety of our patients and friends, masks are required.
