It seems that the doctor and the educator are not on the same page regarding how to treat certain things regarding type 1 diabetes or what to do in case of an emergency with high blood sugar and pre-DKA. We love educators, they're super nice, super sweet. We're not 100% sure that we feel confident in our providers' knowledge, expectations, or treatment of our daughter's diabetes.

I feel like everything went really well. The only thing I would change is the food options for whenever the children get there.

I love her. She is really nice. She's very smart. She tells you everything you need to hear and what to do if you have any questions. And I like the opinions.

Yes, Dr. Marcer is an awesome doctor. She listens, she explains, she knows my grandson just upon sight, knows his history right off. She's just an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend her.
