I really appreciated Maya's caring nature. She was knowledgeable and gave easily understood explanations. However, I was surprised and upset when I read the summary at home. She wrote in her Instructions "continue sobriety" which I feel is inappropriate and could be misleading to other health professionals. I do not now or in the past have I had an alcohol problem. I do not feel a glass of wine in the evening a problem. I ask that "continue sobriety" be taken off my After Visit Summary and off My chart records.
