Hi, it is extremely frustrating to get a phone call that rings when I'm busy doing other things and I think it's something important but you only want a survey completed. I am sorry that many people do not express satisfaction with an office and you only get negative surveys if you don't do something to get those. I hate getting a phone call just so that I can tell you you did a good job. I hate it. I expect to not get any more phone calls unless you actually need something. You can send me a text. I may or may not respond. That's up to me. Other thing that I don't really appreciate is getting a bill telling me that it would be thousands and thousands of dollars. However, you gave me a cash pay discount so it's only $180. That's ludicrous.
