I was never informed previous that a biopsy removed from my face was pre cancerous and there was a little left when procedure was done and that it needed to be frozen again. I also have been waiting for Dr to get my drysol covered by insurance. I have the autoimmune Hydrenitis Supporativa and most of my medications are used for teenage acne. I've been waiting for this for a few years now. It's like they forget or just don't care as soon as they get you out of the patient room.

Overly impressed with dr. Mcbride and resident! As someone with "white coat syndrome" the providers' down-to-earth interactions, true listening, and caring compassion were welcomed, pleasantly unexpected, and gratefully appreciated!

There was a female resident that came in and visited with me and then Dr McBride came in. They were both VERY attentive, caring and informed me of a diagnosis, possible causes and treatment. They gave me an ointment that I had never been treated with before. I could use it on my eyes and could continue using it on future rashes.. For years I had been given the same creams and ointments that never worked and it was not really supposed to be used on my face for very long. So I was extremely happy that they had a different option for me that has actually worked! The resident also listened to my frustration with being allergic to most all makeup, soaps moisturizers etc. She was ready with a list of recommended products AND gave me a bag of samples to see what works before I spend money on them. VERY HELPFUL!
