Erika Santos Horta, M.D., is a neuro-oncologist at OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center in Oklahoma City.
Dr. Horta earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of São Paulo in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. She completed a residency in Neurology and a fellowship in Neuro-Immunology at the the University of São Paulo in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. She also completed a residency in Neurology at University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN. She further specialized with a fellowship in Research, Neuro-Immunology Laboratory at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN as well as a with a clinical fellowship in Neuro-Oncology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI.
She previously worked as a neuro-oncologist at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, in Little Rock, AR., where she also opened a clinic for adult patients with Neurofibromatosis and Schwannomatosis.
