  The medical professional is very good, but the secretaries who answer the phone are very poor service, they do not care about the extremes that a mother presents when the calls for an emergency are rude, they do not have empathy, the day I called, I asked the girl who took care of me that I was going to arrive At (unreadable), if you would please attend to me because my son was very ill and I don't care if I answer if he is not here before 9 I can't attend to him and I repeated the same thing again and he told me very sarcastically if he doesn't arrive before 9 it can't be attended they do not have even have empathy for anything or for the clients, very good the service of the nurses and doctors but the receptionists lousy the attention, if it were for the receptionists no return,

  The doctor told me that the receptionist was going to contact me to make an appointment in 2 weeks to check on how my son is doing with the cough, but they never called me.
