We were a bit late coming to the appointment and were concerned that we wouldn't be seen because upon calling I could not speak to anyone but I left a message. Upon arriving the front desk person was friendly and said that we were just fine and not to worry about being late. That was very refreshing especially since we had to drive approximately a little less than 2 hours. This was amazing!

I feel there is absolutely no communication when it comes to "smaller" diagnosis. My son has CDH, Pulmonary Hypertension due to his CDH, Hip Dysplasia, and a curvature in his spine which is almost S-Shaped. I've known he's had CDH, but all of the other diagnosis I had to find out on a test result from the chart app. I feel doctors, and whoever else needs to communicate things, and talk about things long term. I have not the slightest bit idea of what pulmonary hypertension is, didn't know he had hip dysplasia until he was out of the NICU after being in there for almost 3 months and was told to make an appointment with orthopedics, and with his curvature I had just found out from an X-Ray result. What does that also mean long term? Calls should be made whether it's something to worry about, along with pictures on the chart app of whatever X-Ray, MRI, etc scan is being done. Communication is not key at that hospital.

The truth is that there is excellent care. They did a surgery on my daughter due to a hernia. The care was the best, both for my daughter and we as parents. They are an excellent team of professionals. I appreciate it. Thank you very much.

I never received a call from the office in regards to the result of my child ultrasound image . A week after it was done I had to call the office to ask about the result and then an appt we were scheduled to see the doctor to discuss the result .
