  The doctor fully explained everything, even drew a picture of the procedure onto a piece of paper in order to give a visual of what he was verbally explaining to me. He fully answered every question I had and was even polite in explaining why additional testing and weight loss would be needed before scheduling a surgery.

  Talked really fast, wrote his notes in shorthand that I didn't understand, those notes didn't end up in my chart so I could reference them.
