Community Health Reports

At OU Health, our aspiration is to be the destination of choice for patients with complex and serious conditions and to be known as a top-tier academic referral center. Through our combined efforts we strive to change lives through discovery and healing.

OU Health collaborates with other major health systems in Oklahoma County to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years. The findings from the CHNA inform the development of our Community Health Implementation Plan (CHIP), which guides long-term strategies to address identified priorities. By gaining a deeper understanding of local health needs, OU Health can more effectively target programs and resources for greater impact. Each assessment is shaped through a comprehensive community engagement process conducted in the year leading up to its publication.
