• Park in Lot 11P. Complimentary valet and drop-off area is available in front of the entrance.
• Walk in the entrance.
• Take elevator to floor 2.
• Follow the signs to Preoperative Assessment Unit.

Items to Bring With You:

• Please bring a list of all your medications and dosages.
• Please plan for 1 to 2 hours for this appointment. You will be completing your pre-operative testing and anesthesia assessment to help prepare for your day of surgery.
