Dr. Syed Talal Hussain is an Assistant Professor in the Section of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He completed his medical training at the University of Oklahoma, where he served as a fellow, resident, and intern in the Department of Medicine. Dr. Hussain holds board certifications in critical care medicine, pulmonary disease, and internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine.

He is actively involved in patient care at OU Medical Center and the Pulmonary Hypertension Outpatient Clinic. Dr. Hussain has earned multiple awards for his research and presentations, including recognition at the Oklahoma Thoracic Society and the American College of Physicians.

    He was friendly and effectively identified my shortness of breath was determined by my Mitral Valve problem and referred me to Cardiology valve clinic.
