About Stephen Hudson
Stephen Hudson, M.D., is a fellowship‑trained pediatric cardiologist who cares for infants, children and adolescents with congenital and acquired heart conditions.
Dr. Hudson earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Greenville, SC and completed a residency in pediatrics at Children's of Alabama at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, AL. He completed a fellowship in pediatric cardiology from Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN and completed an additional fellowship in advanced cardiac imaging at the same institution.
He has specialized expertise in advanced cardiac imaging — including echocardiography and cardiac MRI — to help diagnose heart problems clearly and guide personalized treatment plans for each child.
