Our child has a rare type of diabetes with very little known about it. Dr. Mercer is always extremely knowledgeable on the most up to date information about his disorder. She is able to answer questions and give us expert advice on how to advocate for our son.

Provider does well to communicate when I see her but I score this low on recommending due to the fact I have never been to an appt here where I have been seen timely

She didn't seem open to investigating farther for other things that could cause my daughter's symptoms. She was stuck on one particular thing because of family history and told us we wouldn't need to come back if her blood tests were negative. She seemed annoyed.
