About Shatha Qarooni

Shatha Qarooni, M.D., is a pediatric gastroenterologist at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital OU Health in Oklahoma City and serves as an assistant professor in the Section of Pediatric Gastroenterology within the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

Dr. Qarooni earned her medical degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology in Ar Ramtha, Jordan. She completed her residency in general pediatrics at One Brooklyn Health and Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, followed by a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital OU Health and the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City.
