About Ronald Kingsley

Ronald M. Kingsley, MD, is a retina specialist at OU Health Dean McGee Eye Institute with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting the retina and vitreous. His clinical interests include diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, and other complex retinal conditions that can threaten vision.

Dr. Kingsley earned his medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., before completing his ophthalmology residency at Yale University School of Medicine. He subsequently pursued advanced fellowship training in retinal diseases at the prestigious Wilmer Ophthalmological Institute at Johns Hopkins University. He further expanded his expertise through additional fellowship training in retinal diseases at Moorfields Eye Hospital and Hammersmith Hospital in London, England, as well as at Yale University.

As a Clinical Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Dr. Kingsley combines decades of clinical experience with a commitment to education and advancing the field of ophthalmology. He provides comprehensive care for patients with retinal diseases, utilizing the latest diagnostic and treatment approaches to help preserve and restore vision.
