Rebecca K. Morgan, MD, is a low vision rehabilitation specialist at OU Health Dean McGee Eye Institute and serves as the Thomas E. Acers, MD Endowed Chair and a Clinical Professor in the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She is dedicated to helping individuals with vision loss maximize their remaining sight and maintain independence through personalized rehabilitation strategies and adaptive technologies.

Dr. Morgan earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison. She subsequently completed fellowship training in glaucoma at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida.

Drawing on her extensive background in ophthalmology and glaucoma care, Dr. Morgan specializes in evaluating and treating patients with vision impairment caused by a wide range of eye conditions. She works closely with patients and their families to identify practical solutions that enhance daily functioning, improve quality of life, and support continued independence.

As a clinician, educator, and mentor, Dr. Morgan is committed to advancing patient care and preparing future generations of ophthalmologists. She combines compassionate, patient-centered care with evidence-based approaches to help individuals adapt to vision loss and achieve their personal goals.
