Laser is broken, could not complete appt. Dr Bari was great though. Very disappointing, please fix your laser and apply my copay, which was completed wasted.

Both doctors seemed to be preoccupied or inattentive to my situation. I didn't feel like I was a priority during my scheduled visit. I understand doctors are extremely busy but I expect a little concern when talking about the reason for visiting the clinic.The nurse who checked me in was very attentive and listened to what I had to say. She was awesome.
