About Nicole Wilson
Nicole Wilson, M.D. is a board-certified pediatric surgeon and physician-scientist at Oklahoma Children’s OU Health. She provides comprehensive pediatric surgical care from elective and minimally invasive procedures to emergency and trauma surgery. Her clinical expertise includes pediatric foregut and thoracic surgery, prenatal and fetal diagnosis, and the full spectrum of chest wall reconstruction for conditions such as pectus excavatum and pectus carinatum. Dr. Wilson offers the most advanced treatments available, including intercostal nerve cryoablation, compression bracing, and minimally invasive (Nuss) repair.
In addition to her surgical practice, Dr. Wilson leads the Wilson ECLIPSe Lab, an NIH-funded multidisciplinary research program focused on improving outcomes for children with surgical conditions. Her team develops innovative imaging systems, anti-adhesion compounds, light-based antimicrobial therapies, and machine learning tools to enhance clinical decision-making.
A native Texan, Dr. Wilson is passionate about advancing pediatric surgical care across Oklahoma and ensuring that every child has access to the most modern, effective treatments.
