I loved that the physician listened to myself (guardian) but also others in room. I loved even more that he communicated with my child, the patient, whom is 8 in a way he could understand and took value in his responses.

I do not feel like I was listened to. I was referred to a specifically to a different doctor that I did not see. A pediatric neurosurgeon has no business seeing an adult. The doctor focused on 1 thing when I have multiple symptoms. The neurologist I see that is located somewhere else believes that surgery would relieve my symptoms. I DO NOT feel like the appointment helped in anyway and was a waste of my time. I will not be returning to OU medical hospital for anything in the future. I will go somewhere else. The clinic room doors were filthy. Like I said it was not what I expected. I will joy recoiled visiting this hospital to anyone.
