  My PA listened well to my complaint with another clinic and included me in my healthcare and provided good guidance and steps for me to begin receiving better healthcare at the other clinic. She helped me to understand how I communicate my needs is important for healthcare staff to understand my requests, and she provided good guidance on my situation concerning referrals for dermatology due to extended wait times at the OU clinic, so I will follow her recommendations and seek a referral from my outside clinic for dermatology assessment and treatment plan.
