I have never had cancer until now. Everyone associated with the Clinic here have been very helpful in my treatment that I'm receiving!!

He didn't seem prepared for my appointment at all. He didn't have access to my records that were transferred from another provider. Didn't know my list of medications. Didn't know the name of my sarcoma. He only wanted to follow the standard treatment protocol of biopsy as the next step. I asked about alternative treatments and therapies but he said those weren't options. I was hoping that there would be alternative avenues to biopsy, surgery, radiation/chemo. Hopefully we have more answers after his peer review of my case and the results of the liquid biopsy he presented after I expressed hesitation to doing a traditional biopsy 2-3 times. I left feeling like we weren't any closer to exploring treatment options. I had waited weeks for this appointment. I am thankful for the liquid biopsy and the updated bloodwork that he ordered.

Having the seriousness of my condition explained in detail reduced anxieties about outcome.
