I was mind blown. The doctor saw some grafting in my nose and explained to his students how it had been done when I was a child and that since then I've grown and now it no longer fits my nose size and that why I can't breathe. I hadn't even mentioned it because my history of surgery's is so long. Absolutely mind blown.
