About Khoi Lang
Khoi T. Lang, PA-C, MPAS is a certified physician assistant specializing in the outpatient management of gastrointestinal disorders. His clinical expertise includes the treatment of GERD, eosinophilic esophagitis (EOE), celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), cirrhosis, and pancreatitis. He currently practices in a dedicated Crohn’s and Colitis clinic setting, where he provides comprehensive care for patients with complex digestive conditions.
He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and completed his Bachelor of Science in Radiation Therapy with honors distinction at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. His undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Oklahoma. His clinical training and early professional experience took place in various cities across Texas and Oklahoma.
In addition to his clinical work, Physician Assistant Lang has a background in radiation therapy, having served in multiple cancer centers prior to becoming a PA. He has been recognized with several academic honors, including induction into the Alpha Eta Honor Society and placement on the Dean’s Honor Roll.
