Her bed side manner was horrible. I have lost my hearing and that is an emergency to me, she said it was no big deal. She also did not introduce herself. She had not even read my chart. She also made my wife cry with her flippant attitude about my issue.

Kelley rapp pa was awesome, she took the time to listen to me ,and she worked on my left ear for 35 minutes, getting all the crud out of it!!! My ears are so much better!! I had been struggling with my ears since December 2025 she took the time help me ,And I thank her for that!!!

It took months to get in for my 1st appointment. The PA I seen acted like she didn't want to be there nor help me with my ear problem. I drove two hours one way for this appointment. I'm going to try and see if I can get a referral somewhere else.
