    Kelsey is a good provider. Sometimes she seems all over the place or maybe blanked out when explaining what's going on or next steps. It coukd be she already has a speech or what she needs to say about my condition, not sure. She's nice.

    Kelsey Rapp is the 3rd ENT I have seen(others not at OU) and she is the first one to carefully listen to my issues, asked me detailed questions and was able to get to the cause. She is very thorough
