My experience with the physician assistant was excellent.

This was my second visit to the ent, after our first appointment it was explained to her everything that was wrong. On my second appointment the doctor was not prepared to provide me with the results, as she just started to read the results right there, conflicting information was given as the doctor contradicted herself many times. And asked the same questions from initial appointment as somehow the issues have changed or she doesn't believe the issues informed to her. Many times has been informed to the doctor that everything has to go through community care and she completely ignores the procedure making almost imposible for me to continue the recommendations provided by doctor. Horrible experience I am looking for a new ent

Kelsey is a good provider. Sometimes she seems all over the place or maybe blanked out when explaining what's going on or next steps. It coukd be she already has a speech or what she needs to say about my condition, not sure. She's nice.
