    Kelsey was awesome. Very understanding, compassionate, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She has definitely found her calling in caring for others.

    I dont feel like she listened to my concerns. She was more interested in just rinsing out my nasel cavity with something I told her that didnt help before and also caused a infection the last time she recommended it.. I asked if maybe some imagining was warranted but she dismissed that concern.. So I will be seeing someone else for a second opinion
