About Kaylan Green

Kaylan Green is a licensed and registered dietitian specializing in bariatric and pediatric nutrition. She currently serves as a Clinical Dietitian at OU Health, where she provides comprehensive nutritional assessments and individualized care plans for patients undergoing bariatric surgery. Her clinical expertise includes obesity management, diabetes care, and nutrition education tailored to diverse patient populations. She has also served as a Pediatric Clinical Dietitian, focusing on childhood and adolescent weight management, failure to thrive, and family-centered nutrition therapy.

She graduated with honors with both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of Central Oklahoma. Her academic training emphasized dietetics and nutrition, and she has maintained active membership in the American Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery. She holds licensure from the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision and is registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Green has contributed to community health through various volunteer roles, including serving as a Madrina for the American Heart Association and providing nutrition education at health fairs and local coalitions. She has also coached youth sports and participated in leadership development programs such as “Leadership Bites” and “Booked for Success.” As a Clinical Dietitian, she continues to advocate for health equity and patient-centered care through education, mentorship, and public service.
