About Kayla Cagle-Colon

Kayla Cagle-Colon, MD, is an obstetrician-gynecologist with OU Health Physicians in Tulsa who is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for women at every stage of life. She offers a full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic services, including preventive care, prenatal and postpartum care, family planning, management of gynecologic conditions and minimally invasive procedures.

Dr. Cagle-Colon earned a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Science and History of Medicine from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. She went on to earn her medical degree from the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at New York University Grossman School of Medicine.

Before joining the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine as a Clinical Assistant Professor, Dr. Cagle-Colon practiced in North Carolina and later served patients through Cherokee Nation Health Services, caring for women from diverse backgrounds and communities. Her clinical experience spans both academic and community-based settings, allowing her to provide personalized care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Cagle-Colon is passionate about medical education and enjoys mentoring the next generation of physicians. She is committed to advancing women's health through teaching, clinical excellence and evidence-based care.

Known for her compassionate approach and strong patient relationships, Dr. Cagle-Colon partners with women to help them make informed healthcare decisions and achieve their wellness goals throughout every phase of life.
