About Katelin Rugg

Katelin Rugg is a licensed genetic counselor at Oklahoma Children's OU Health in Oklahoma City with clinical training across pediatric, prenatal, cardiovascular, oncology and laboratory genetics. She has provided genetic counseling and risk assessment for patients with rare genetic disorders, hereditary cancer syndromes, cardiovascular conditions and high-risk pregnancies. Through experiences at Oklahoma Children's, LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, Cedars-Sinai, and Ridley-Tree Cancer Center, Katelin has developed expertise in genetic testing interpretation, patient education, multidisciplinary care, and personalized counseling. She is passionate about helping patients and families navigate complex genetic information with clarity, compassion and evidence-based guidance.
