About John Burke

John Burke, M.D., PhD is a neurosurgeon with OU Health in Oklahoma City. He earned his medical degree from University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine and continued onto graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. He completed a residency in neurosurgery from University of California, San Francisco, CA and continued on at UCSF to complete a fellowship in spinal deformity and spinal oncology.

Dr. Burke has a significant passion for research and is Fellowship trained in Spinal Oncology, Adult Spinal Deformity, and Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery.
