  I had a 3 hour glucose test where my blood was being drawn for the 3rd time. I had to keep asking the nurse to wipe with alcohol before she stuck me. She stuck me without cleaning. Receptionist at front desk with short hair rolled her eyes at me because I asked for a packet the therapist Noemi left me. She has a attitude problem and tried to appear nice with it making her actions feel condescending

  Communication was not clear and it was hard to know if we were making the right decisions. We have a baby with complications ( chromosome abnormalities and a heart issue) and alot of the physicians wanted to do nothing or very little. It felt like they would rather not monitor closely and have me deliver her stillborn than make extra appointments and monitor closely so we could have a live birth. ( which is ultimately what we demanded, I say demanded, because I had to not only demanded but then explain why I wanted to be treated like a normal woman in her 3rd trimester).

  She was patient when we asked a good amount of questions. Her responses were clear and she was very respectful. We loved her.
