About Jeffrey McBride

Jeffrey McBride, MD, PhD, is a dermatologist with additional training in dermatopathology with OU Health Physicians in Oklahoma City. His clinical and academic interests include cutaneous lymphoma, melanoma, and soft tissue tumors as well as inflammatory dermatology.

Dr. McBride earned his medical degree and a doctorate of philosophy (PhD) in cell biology from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

After an internal medicine preliminary year from the University of California in San Diego, he completed his residency and postdoctoral fellowship in dermatology from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. During his senior year of residency, Dr. McBride was selected as the winner of the Excellence in Dermatology Teaching Award. He completed a fellowship in dermatopathology from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. McBride is a committed physician-scientist and regularly contributes and authors journal articles and book chapters.
