  I'm very upset with the fact that Not only was my virtual appointment 3 hours late they had the nerve to call me and try to reschedule I said no ma'am. I am here I have my phone on me you have my doctor call me immediately as soon as he is off the phone with his other patient. Dr James Batiste has promised me for 7 years that he will fight for me and today and this week I feel like I have just been totally forgotten about I feel like nothing other than a number on a spreadsheet. And for someone dealing with a terminal illness and fighting like hell everyday it's really discouraging and it's just absolutely unacceptable.
