Signage in the building is terribly, difficult find elevator after appointment, wondered around lost for an extended period of time.. it occurred on the two visits to the Williams Building. Parking is difficult poor signage there also. Maps provide to patients is very poor. I am a retired engineer and made map for much of adult life.. get so professional assistance on signage and maps. If were not so interested in the department.. it would be easier to find a different provider. But, we needed Dr. T...

I want to thank OU Health for helping me during this time. It's been very difficult to face the uncertainty of cognitive decline. Dr Thiurselvam was kind and patient and a good listener, which is important.
