About Hyein Kim

Dr. Kim brings specialty Vascular and Minimally Invasive Endovascular Surgery expertise to our growing practice in Tulsa community. After completing undergraduate and medical school education at the University of Utah, she completed her General Surgical residency training at the University of Massachusetts and her Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital/Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. Her expertise has encompassed the entire spectrum of vascular disease with a particular focus on the minimally invasive management, complex aortic aneurysms and dissections. She has a large practice in carotid disease and peripheral vascular disease as well as all aspects of vascular surgery. Dr. Kim also has research interests that focus on improving health services outcomes in Vascular Surgery, both locally through outreach in the greater Tulsa community, the state of Oklahoma, and across the practice of Vascular Surgery nationally.
