Dr. Chow has a good bed side manner. He listened and then he tells you the the real. and he's honest about a lot of things even if it might hurt your feelings. But his overall care, I do like it. The only thing I don't like is having to talk with the resident first and then talk with the doctor second it's like I'm repeating myself twice. But other than that, I do like the overall care that Dr. Chow gives If I had to do all over again, I would do it. The same and I would choose Dr. Chow. Thanks.

I feel Dr. Chow was very informative. I could really understand him. I really enjoyed my visit with the knowledge that he provided me. I would like to further carry out my child care with Dr. Chow. He's a very awesome doctor, if you ask me.

The provider did a good job, but the office staff didn't properly communicate the visit time or location and we went to the wrong location. So, I think that the something in the computer system or the staff needs to have better communication on location.

The info about where the location was for my surgery was very confusing

I felt quite comfortable with Dr. Chow today, but after my immediately after my surgery, I was quite upset that my pain was not managed after an appendectomy. I even had to come in the office and try to get more pain relief and was actually extremely upset that I was left in that position. It was a miserable week and a horrible experience and I did let him know that today in the appointment, but the pain relief of the patient I thought was extremely important and that was not covered after my surgery.

I really like Geoffrey or Dr. Chow's visit. He also was in train... he had training a younger intern and he was extremely polite and nice and I like him too as well. I wish I could remember his name, but it was all good. I appreciate it and two thumbs up. Thank you.

A little bit gruff, and too blunt
  • Aug 10, 2020
He made me feel a little uncomfortable and I felt like he spoke to me like I was a child. Wasn't a fan of that.

Yes, I thought the, I thought that he was pretty nice and he told me about what was going on and he was really good to me. He was (INAUDIBLE) about you know, taking care of me because I had one, I've been there for 20 years and I've only been there for about 2 years and he was willing to go (INAUDIBLE) and take care of it as soon as possible and I appreciate it and I love him for that. And that's all I can say about him. He was good to me.
