I was looking forward to meet my new Primary Doctor. She walked in the room with a mask on, did not give any time to getting to know me, a proceeded to drill me on my past care and why I had made certain decisions. I could tell she was on speed track with little or no concern for who I was but rather what I needed to do under her care. Honestly, I basically shut down, especially when she said I should get several vaccinations immediately. I have no problem with vaccinations at all and am loaded up on many. My issue was I was have a hernia repair surgery the next morning and I asked is it wise to get vaccinations med the day before m? She hesitated, and I said I did not like her hesitation, and on second thought she agreed it would be best to wait. Anyway, the whole meeting was about 10 min and she sent me to get labs. Dr. Longhorn did not even check my breathing or heart, when clearly she was in a rush or something. She knew about a small heart issue (murmur). I went and got my labs and was dismissed. I left the OU property and went about my business. About an hour later I was called by Dr. Longthorn's office that I left before completing my tests, and could I come back? I think not.

This is very rare for me to be excited about going to the doctor. I thought I had damaged my body to much and basicallly was looking for a checkout date. She said lets work on making your life more livable . Didnt even think that was a possibility. Wow
