Frankly, this was my second appointment with this doctor. I had a caring fantastic provider before Dr. Murray. After the first visit which I was not impressed decided to give her another opportunity to make me feel comfortable with her BUT I feel the same. To my knowledge, I didn't get the allowed 15 minutes more like 5 minutes. When she was about to leave I had to ask was she going to check my heart and breathing. Dr Murray did ask if I needed any meds refilled. "To me" she copied prior doctors notes and put in my chart. I didn't feel I received "her" professional service. The nurse spent more time with me and asked questions. I started not to complete this survey because I really didn't want to give negative feedback. Dr Murray has a nice personality.

Dr Murray is a very positive, nice doctor. However, she always seems too rushed to get out the door. Doctors should take time talk about a patient's concerns. Heart failure Is worrisome, especially if you've seen family members die from It. She never asks if I even have any questions. The last two times I've seen her, she just opens the door when she's done, and expects the appointment to be over. I have had to ask my questions as we're walking down the hall to check out. That raises the problem of privacy. If we have to wait 6 months to see a doctor, for a potentially life threatening issue, they can wait 6 minutes to hear our concerns and questions - in the exam room.
