About Brittany Eck

Brittany Eck, MSW, LCSW, PMH-C, is a licensed clinical social worker based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She serves as a Clinical Social Worker at OU Health, where she provides comprehensive therapeutic services in the Women's Clinic. Brittany has extensive experience in various roles, including adoption/foster care, school social work, community mental health, and at a family resource center.

Brittany earned her Master’s of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma in May 2011. She also holds a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, completed in May 2010.

In addition to her clinical work, Brittany is highly involved in community service and professional development. She is a certified breastfeeding specialist, doula, and registered yoga teacher with specializations in prenatal and children’s yoga. She received her certification in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International in 2022. Brittany is also a facilitator for various parenting and relationship programs, including Making Sense of Your Worth, Circle of Security Parenting and Trust Based Relational Intervention. She enjoys mentoring social work students and participating in leadership training programs. In her free time, Brittany practices yoga, enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and three children.
