  My provider did not review my chart prior. With the amount of patients he has, it makes it almost impossible to stay up on everyone's condition. As patients we wait 7 months to get in for a follow up when it is supposed to be 3-4. Then when you finally see the doctor, he didn't review the chart prior. This extended the visit by 20 minutes, which is very inefficient. I'm there to discuss treatment options based on several test results and none of them were reviewed prior.
